Spiderfox
Sal is a freelance textbook editor. If someone asks her for help, she becomes Spiderfox. She uses her spider weaving powers to generate messages of hope and truth and change. She uses her fox stealth powers to deliver the messages in ways people will hear.
Captain F&G
Bruce is a top-level fiction editor at a major publishing house. A former co-worker of Sal’s, he and Sal have remained close friends. Because of a rare genetic mutation, when Bruce inhales amyl nitrate, he becomes Captain F&G, commander of an army of a thousand shirtless men.
Barbizon
Sal’s good friend Barbie is the knitting-expert owner of a yarn shop and a volunteer at the local library. When angered, Barbie becomes Barbizon, a gigantic runway model who stomps on her enemies with her supersharp stilettos.
